360 Studio Classes
360 Movement is OPEN and reservations are required for all Yoga and Dance classes. To ensure you get the most out of your practice, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. Check back for additional classes and times coming soon!
Deep Vinyasa
Deep Vinyasa is a slower flowing yoga class that encourages moving emotionally inward. Through feeling postures with the invitation to close your eyes, we explore the healing connection between mind, body, and soul.

Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Yin
You will work into a much smaller number of postures that you will hold for an extended period in Yin. This class is a deep myofascial release. The goal is to target the connective tissues, such as ligaments, fascia, and tendons, rather than the muscles.

Flow
Flow is hot and fast. The instructor will guide you through a rigorous set of poses that will challenge the mind and the body. You will be encouraged to work to an edge - whatever that means for you.

Dance
Movin and Groovin Dance class offers dance moves inspired by Hip hop, House, Salsa, Bachata, Cubatón, Jazz, African and from the Heart.
