PWR-lates
Ideal for beginners and those who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to help you master Pilates fundamentals so that you can get the most out of your workout. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is easily modified for those with physical limitations. Taught by Jaqui Howard.

Yoga
Embrace stillness and introspection in our Yin class. This meditative session invites students to settle into a handful of deep postures, allowing the body and mind to release and rejuvenate. It's a journey of surrender, where time seems to stand still, and profound healing unfolds.
